Fried Halloumi with Tomato

The perfect fried halloumi with tomato recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 220 g Halloumi cheese
  • 1 size Vine tomatoes
  • 2 Shallots
  • 1 toe Fresh garlic
  • 1 toe Olive oil
  • Harissa spice
  • Steak pepper
  1. Peel and roughly cut shallots and garlic.
  2. Cut the cheese and tomatoes into slices.
  3. First fry the shallots and garlic in oil and add the cheese.
  4. Turn when the cheese takes on color.
  5. Add the tomatoes, season with harissa and put the lid on.
  6. Season to taste with steak pepper.
