Fried Halloumi with Tomato

- 220 g Halloumi cheese
- 1 size Vine tomatoes
- 2 Shallots
- 1 toe Fresh garlic
- 1 toe Olive oil
- Harissa spice
- Steak pepper
- Peel and roughly cut shallots and garlic.
- Cut the cheese and tomatoes into slices.
- First fry the shallots and garlic in oil and add the cheese.
- Turn when the cheese takes on color.
- Add the tomatoes, season with harissa and put the lid on.
- Season to taste with steak pepper.
