Pineapple Quark Layered Dish
The perfect pineapple quark layered dish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Pineapple fresh
- 50 g Oatmeal
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 150 ml Cream
- 1 packet Vanilla sauce without cooking
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Toast the oat flakes and sugar in the hot oil while stirring constantly. Mix in hot with the pineapple.
- Mix the quark with the cream, 2 tablespoons of sugar and the vanilla sauce powder until smooth.
- Fill the pineapple and quark in layers into dessert bowls.
