Pineapple Quark Layered Dish

The perfect pineapple quark layered dish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Pineapple fresh
  • 50 g Oatmeal
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 150 ml Cream
  • 1 packet Vanilla sauce without cooking
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  1. Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Toast the oat flakes and sugar in the hot oil while stirring constantly. Mix in hot with the pineapple.
  1. Mix the quark with the cream, 2 tablespoons of sugar and the vanilla sauce powder until smooth.
  1. Fill the pineapple and quark in layers into dessert bowls.
