Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 slice(s) pork liver(s), large
- 6 large onions, cut into rings
- some flour
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Roll the liver slices in flour and fry in oil, remove from the heat, and keep warm. Then, fry the onions until lightly browned. Arrange the liver on a plate and scatter the onions over it. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice and a salad.
