Ingredients
 

Mushrooms

  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  • Butter

garlic sauce

  • 4 tablespoon Natural yoghurt
  • 4 tablespoon Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 4 tablespoon Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

Mushrooms

  • Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel, clean and cut into small pieces.
  • Heat the oil and butter in an egg pan and gradually fry the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper
  • Put all the mushrooms back into the pan and add the peeled onion, cut into cubes, and let everything frizzle a little.

garlic sauce

  • It is best to prepare the sauce 2 hours in advance so that it can permeate nicely.
  • Stir the natural yoghurt and creme fraiche, peel the garlic, cut into very small cubes and add to the sauce with salt and pepper and stir everything well - put it in the cold and let it steep.

Serving

  • Place the mushrooms on a plate, garlic sauce over them and decorate with a few spring onions and red berries.
  • 7th, a toasted baguette and a delicious dinner was ready. If you want, you can of course also eat a small salad - enjoy your meal; 🙂
