Ingredients

  • 400 g Pork loin
  • 2 small Fresh onions
  • 1 large Clove of garlic
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 150 ml Meatsoup
  • 250 ml Whipped cream 10% fat
  • 3 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 Red chilli peppers
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • 1 sprig Rosemary fresh

Instructions

  • Fry the sirloin in hot oil UNSAVED (!!) and after frying take it out of the pan and set it aside. Now peel the garlic and cut into very fine strips and sauté in the hot pot. Clean the onion, cut into fine cubes and add. Add half of the mushrooms, cleaned and cut, and fry briefly. Then put the loin back into the pot and deglaze everything with the liquid ingredients and bring to the boil briefly. Season the sauce with spices and gently simmer for about 3 minutes.
  • Grill the other half of the mushrooms in a separate saucepan with the grill function and the rosemary until done and add to the sauce at the very end. This creates more flavors that give the dish a special touch.
  • Clean and finely chop the chilli (use more or less depending on the degree of spiciness you want). Add to the sauce and stir well. Finally add the sour cream and stir gently so that a marbled sauce is created. Season to taste and serve hot!
  • TIP! In the picture you can see spaetzle as a side dish. Simply fry a pack of spaetzle in a saucepan with butter until golden brown or prepare it yourself fresh. Enjoy your meal 🙂
