Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g cane sugar
- 2 eggs
- 70 g butter
- 2 tbsp peanut butter plus some for topping
- 2 tbsp honey
- 7 tbsp baking cocoa
- e.g. milk
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon
- 1 pinch(s) salt
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
super fluffy
First, combine all ingredients except the milk with a spoon, then stir with a mixer, slowly adding milk until the batter is nice and creamy. Pour the batter into prepared muffin cups and top each muffin with a small dollop of peanut butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes. Note: 1 serving = 12 muffins.
