Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of salami
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 can mushrooms, sliced
  • 500 ml vegetable stock (more if needed)
  • 250 g pasta, cooked (can also be leftovers from the day before)
  • n. B. Oil for frying
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with salami, ham and mushrooms

Heat oil in a pan. Enough to cover the bottom. This is best done on a medium heat. Then add the cooked pasta and fry. Now cut the salami and ham into thin strips and add them and the mushrooms. Now add about 5 tablespoons of vegetable stock so the dishes absorb the flavor. Fry everything for a few minutes. Whisk the eggs in the meantime, then add them. Fry until the egg mixture is well set. Finally, add the vegetable stock, depending on how intense the flavor is. Bring to a boil. Then add pepper. Please do not add it beforehand, as this can sometimes give it a bitter taste. Serve hot.
