Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 2 bags of noodles (Chinese instant noodles)
- 1 can of corn
- 750 g chicken breast fillet(s), cut into small pieces
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp chicken seasoning mix
- 5 tbsp sour cream or cream
- some olive oil for frying
- little sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
In a separate pot, prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Brown the chicken breast fillet in hot olive oil and season with curry powder, salt, and sugar. Then fry until crispy and brown. Then, add the corn and pasta to the chicken. Briefly fry everything together again over low heat. Finally, stir in the sour cream or cream. Serve hot. Serve with an iceberg lettuce.
