Fried Noodles with Diced Ham and Savoy Cabbage

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 1 kl. head Savoy cabbage
  • 300 g China stir-fry vegetables
  • 150 g Ham cubes
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chlipowder
  • Soy sauce
  • Ginger powder
  • Oil
  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water al dente.
  2. Boil the savoy cabbage in salted water for about 10 minutes, remove, cut into small pieces and sauté in the oil with the diced onion, diced ham and pan-fried Chinese vegetables, season with salt, pepper, chilli, ginger and soy sauce
  3. Put the spaghetti in the vegetable pan, mix everything well, and fry again, turning, and serve hot.
