Ingredients
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 1 kl. head Savoy cabbage
- 300 g China stir-fry vegetables
- 150 g Ham cubes
- 1 Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chlipowder
- Soy sauce
- Ginger powder
- Oil
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti in salted water al dente.
- Boil the savoy cabbage in salted water for about 10 minutes, remove, cut into small pieces and sauté in the oil with the diced onion, diced ham and pan-fried Chinese vegetables, season with salt, pepper, chilli, ginger and soy sauce
- Put the spaghetti in the vegetable pan, mix everything well, and fry again, turning, and serve hot.
