  • 1 head Savoy
  • 250 g Pasta of your choice
  • 250 g Proven ham
  • 1 large tsp Butter
  • 200 g Grated cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 ml Cream 30% fat
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Remove the outer leaves of the savoy cabbage and blanch in boiling salted water.
  2. Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain in the sieve and drain.
  3. Cut the savory and ham into strips.
  4. Spread a casserole dish well with butter and fill it with pasta, savoy cabbage, ham and cheese in layers. The last layer is cheese.
  5. Beat the eggs well with the cream and season well with salt and pepper and pour over the casserole.
  6. Place the casserole in the oven preheated to 180 ° C on the middle rack and bake for about 50-60 minutes.
  7. If you don’t like the somewhat stricter taste of savoy cabbage, just take pointed cabbage. Tastes just as good.
  8. How about a glass of dry white wine? I wish everyone good appetite
