Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slice(s) fish fillet(s) (Pangasius) each approx. 220 g
  • 1 lemon(s), fresh
  • some olive oil for frying
  • 6 cl olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) pepper, mixed
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

simple, quick and delicious

Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat dry. Prepare the marinade: Combine lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, salt, and garlic. Simply brush the fish fillets with this marinade and let it marinate for at least 1 hour. Then quickly add it to the pan and fry in hot olive oil until golden brown. Add fresh lemon slices to the fish and serve. Serve with a salad. Light and delicious.
