Fried parasols

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 kg mushrooms (parasol mushrooms, giant parasol mushrooms)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mushroom season

Clean freshly picked parasols, but don’t wash them! Halve small ones and fry them in not too hot butter, like schnitzels. This requires quite a bit of butter. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with freshly picked bread and butter.
