Ingredients

  • 2 Sweet peppers red
  • Onions
  • 3 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce dark
  • 2 tablespoon White wine
  • 1 teaspoon Sambal Oelek

Instructions

  • Remove seeds and skins from the peppers and cut into narrow strips, peel the onions, cut in half and cut into slices (about as wide as the peppers).
  • Heat the sesame oil in the wok, fry the peppers and onions for about two minutes while turning. Fold in the soy sauce with the wine and sambal oelek and cook for another minute. A vegetable is ready that tastes crunchy and tasty and is also quick to make. Good Appetite!
  • I served the roasted paprika vegetables today with a lamb ragout with small potato dumplings.
