Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 garlic cloves
- some olive oil
- 200 g fried peppers
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- some oregano, dried
- some cherry tomatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Antipasti
Peel and roughly dice the garlic. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic. Add the roasted peppers and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper and deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Simmer briefly, then remove from the pan. Serve on a plate, arrange the quartered tomatoes on top, and sprinkle with oregano.
