Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 10 m.-large porcini mushrooms, whole
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- some Parmesan

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the fresh porcini mushrooms and slice them into 2-3 cm thick slices. Add the olive oil to a pan and fry the mushrooms over medium heat. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper and grate fresh Parmesan cheese over the mushrooms on the plate. Serve with warm, fresh white bread.
