Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g potato(s), waxy
- 1 small onion(s)
- ½ bell pepper(s)
- 50 g bacon
- 1 small garlic clove(s)
- Caraway, whole
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Pre-cook and peel the potatoes. Let them cool and slice them. Dice the bacon and fry it in the pan. Finely dice the onion and fry briefly in the bacon. Chop the bell pepper and fry briefly. Add the potatoes and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. Finely chop the garlic and add it. Finally, season with caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.
