hearty and delicious

First, boil the potatoes in their skins until slightly tender, then peel and let cool. Peel and dice the onions and garlic. Fry them in a little hot oil along with the ham or bacon cubes. Cut the cooled potatoes into cubes (any size), add them to the pan, and fry until crispy on all sides. Add the marjoram and caraway seeds and mix (the amount can be adjusted to taste). Season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the fresh parsley.
