- 250 g basmati rice, cooked
- 1 large leek(s)
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 100 g shrimp(s)
- Salt
- Butter for frying

First, fry the shrimp for 5 minutes on each side, then set aside. Heat a little butter in a pan. Add the soy sauce. Add the lightly salted eggs and mix. When the eggs are cooked, set them aside. Heat more butter in a large pan. Finely chop a large spring onion. Briefly heat the rice, spring onion, and eggs in the pan and add a little more seasoning if desired. Place the shrimp on top of the rice. The meal is ready.
