Fried salmon on lamb's lettuce in lemon and vinegar dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 handfuls of lamb’s lettuce
  • 2 tbsp kernels
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Cut the salmon fillets into 3 pieces each and fry them briefly and quickly in oil. Trim and wash the lamb’s lettuce. Toast the seeds in a pan without oil. Mix the dressing and season to taste. Place the lamb’s lettuce on a plate. Drizzle the dressing over it, place the salmon fillet on top, and sprinkle the seeds on top.
