Fried sausage cubes with potatoes, spinach and fried egg

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g meat sausage
  • 1 pack of creamed spinach, frozen
  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 2 small onions
  • 10 small potatoes
  • some butter
  • some salt and pepper
  • some nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel the onions and dice finely. Roughly dice the sausage. Peel the potatoes and cook them in a pot with a little lightly salted water until tender. Defrost the spinach in a pot over low to medium heat and simmer for a few minutes. In another pot, heat a little butter and sauté the diced onions until translucent. Then add the sausage cubes and fry until lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper. Season the spinach with salt, pepper, and a little nutmeg. Heat a little butter in a pan and fry the eggs in it until fried. Arrange the fried sausage cubes on plates along with the potatoes, spinach, and two fried eggs each.
