Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 ml sweet cream
- 150 g dark chocolate coating
- 2 tsp, heaped sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes
with pure chocolate, very intense and yet easy to whip
Bring the cream to a boil, while roughly chopping the chocolate coating. Add the chocolate coating and sugar to the boiling cream, stir until dissolved, and let it simmer briefly. Then let it cool and refrigerate for at least a few hours, preferably overnight. The next day, this mixture whips perfectly into a super-chocolaty whipped cream, with a much more intense flavor than others made with cocoa. This amount is enough to coat and decorate a 28 cm diameter cake.
