Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g seafood, mixed, frozen
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp herb butter
- 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
- 50 ml fish stock or vegetable stock or water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat the olive oil and herb butter. Add the seafood and chopped garlic and fry. Pour in the stock, broth, or water and heat through. Season to taste and serve.
