Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g prawns, large
- 50 ml olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- Salt
- 2 red chili peppers, chopped
- Parsley, flat

Very suitable for Gamba beginners!
Combine all ingredients except the prawns and parsley, then add the prawns to the marinade and marinate for at least 5 hours. Longer marinating won’t harm you. Heat a pan to high heat, add the prawns and marinade, and stir-fry for about 4 minutes, until all the prawns are pink. Then sprinkle the parsley over the top. Serve in the pan, mopping up the delicious broth with warm baguette or ciabatta. Serve with a green salad.
