Fried Sweet Potatoes

The perfect fried sweet potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Sesame
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • 1 tsp Chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Vegetable oil for deep-frying
  1. Wash the sweet potatoes and cut into 2cm cubes (do not peel!) Heat the oil in a saucepan.
  1. Fry the sweet potato cubes little by little in the hot fat and then drain them on kitchen paper. It is better not to put all the potato pieces in the oil at once, otherwise it will cool down too quickly and the sweet potatoes will no longer be crispy.

  1. Mix the sesame seeds, soy sauce, chili sauce and honey and marinate the hot sweet potatoes with it. Let it steep for a moment and serve.
