Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200g tofu
- 25 g chives, fresh
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 100 g flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 5 tbsp oil
- Sambal Manis
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, combine the flour, starch, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Then, add the egg and coconut milk and quickly mix all the ingredients into a smooth batter. Next, finely chop the chives and cut the tofu into small wedges, and add everything to the batter. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the tofu for about 15 minutes, turning frequently. Serve with rice and sambal manis.
