Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g egg noodles
- 1 cup of cream
- 200 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 125 g bacon cubes
- 3 tbsp chives, dried
- 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
- 20 g margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Melt 20g of margarine in a pan. Fry the egg noodles and bacon cubes, add the vegetable stock powder. Then deglaze with the cup of cream. Add 100g of the grated Emmental cheese. Cook briefly until the cheese is melted, then stir in the dried chives. Transfer to a baking dish and scatter the remaining cheese over the top. Bake at 200°C (convection oven) for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown and crispy.
