Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- Flour
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Slice the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Coat in flour and fry in a pan with hot oil until golden brown on both sides. A delicious accompaniment to stir-fries or egg dishes.
