Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g minced turkey
- 50 g onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 80 g feta cheese
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 pinch of chili
- Pepper from the mill, to taste
- some nutmeg, freshly grated
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Made in the Thermomix TM5.
Add the onion and garlic to the mixing bowl and chop for 4 seconds/speed 5, then scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula. Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the mixing bowl, chop for 4 seconds/speed 5, then scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula. Now add the minced meat and spices to the mixing bowl and mix for 30 seconds/speed 3. Remove the mixture from the mixing bowl, form it into 6-8 meatballs, and fry in a pan with vegetable oil until tender. You can also use this turkey and minced meat mixture to fill Maultaschen (small pasta pockets), cannelloni, and ravioli.
