Oak leaf salad with zucchini in garlic kefir dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ head of oak leaf lettuce
  • 100 g zucchini
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 150 g kefir, 1.5%
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (grape balsamic vinegar) or balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp grape seed oil
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tbsp garlic chives or chives, fresh, chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim and wash the oak leaf lettuce. Wash and grate the zucchini, then sauté with the crushed garlic and water until tender. Mix the dressing and season to taste. Arrange the lettuce first, then the zucchini, and finally the dressing on plates or in bowls.
