Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 220 g margarine
- 220 g sugar
- 75 g almonds, ground
- 1 lemon zest
- 125 ml cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 7 minutes
without egg, with cream
Mix all ingredients into a dough and let it rest in a cool place for 30 minutes. Roll out with flour to a thickness of about 3-4 mm and cut out shapes as desired. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 10-12 minutes, depending on thickness and desired browning. This recipe makes approximately four baking sheets.
