Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) of toast
  • ½ meatball(s)
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 1 slice(s) cheese (Gouda)
  • some cucumber(s), sliced
  • onion(s), cut into rings
  • Mustard or Ajvar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Strammer Max with a difference

Toast the bread and top with the lettuce leaf, cucumber slices, onion rings, and half of the meatball, one after the other. Spread the meatball with mustard or ajvar, if desired. Place the cheese slice on top and bake everything in the oven at approximately 180-200°C. Meanwhile, prepare a fried egg. When the cheese is well melted, place the egg on top and serve.
