Frisee with Parmesan and olives

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of frisée lettuce
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 150 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • n. B. olives
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Summer salad – perfect for the barbecue season

Wash the lettuce and spin dry. Finely dice the tomatoes, finely slice the olives, and grate the Parmesan cheese. For the dressing, combine the oil, balsamic vinegar, dill, mustard, and a pinch of sugar. Add the finely chopped onion and toss everything with the lettuce. It goes perfectly with grilled meat on warm late summer days.
