Frit Mallorquì De Paix I Marisc – Fried Fish and Marisco in Mallorcan Style

  • 100 g Sepia
  • 100 g Pollack o.a.
  • 100 g Shrimp peeled, deveined
  • 100 g Waxy potatoes
  • 0,5 Pc. Green peppers
  • 0,5 Pc. Red peppers
  • 1 Pc. Vegetable onion
  • 1 Pc. Eggplant (small)
  • 0,5 Pc. Fennel bulb
  • 100 g Peas
  • 4 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 1 Pc. Bay leaf
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt pepper
  1. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into narrow strips. Peel the prawns.
  2. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and stalk. Peel and wash the potato. Wash the eggplant, sepia and the fish. Peel the fennel. Cut everything into cubes.
  3. Put some oil in a pan, let it get hot and first fry the sepia, add the fennel, shrimp, fish and bay leaf. When the sepia is done, remove everything with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add more oil to the pan and add everything except the potatoes and fry. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fry the potatoes in an extra pan and season.
  5. Add the sepia, fish and potatoes to the vegetables and mix well. Season everything again with salt and serve warm.
