Froop yogurt with fruit puree

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 1 apple
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

Peel and core the apple, and cut into large pieces. Peel the bananas. Place the banana and apple in a tall bowl and blend with a hand blender until smooth. Finally, add the honey and mix. Divide the natural yogurt evenly among four dessert bowls and spoon the fruit purée on top. Cover the bowls with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 4 hours, until the purée is firm.
