- 100 g Raspberries
- 150 g Strawberries
- 150 g Currants
- 200 g Mascarpone
- 200 g Yogurt
- 1 Splash Food color green
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 50 g Crackling sugar
- 100 g Amarettini almond biscuits
- 5 disc Edible paper
- 200 g Cream
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- Chop the berries and put them in separate bowls. Color half of the mascarpone and yogurt with food coloring and add sugar to taste – leave the other half white.
- Now layer all the ingredients in 5 glasses: First put the crackling sugar, the crumbled Amerettinis, then the broken paper and top with the berries. Now layer a spoonful of mascarpone (green), yoghurt (white), yoghurt (green), mascarpone (white).
