  • 100 g Raspberries
  • 150 g Strawberries
  • 150 g Currants
  • 200 g Mascarpone
  • 200 g Yogurt
  • 1 Splash Food color green
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 50 g Crackling sugar
  • 100 g Amarettini almond biscuits
  • 5 disc Edible paper
  • 200 g Cream
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  1. Chop the berries and put them in separate bowls. Color half of the mascarpone and yogurt with food coloring and add sugar to taste – leave the other half white.
  1. Now layer all the ingredients in 5 glasses: First put the crackling sugar, the crumbled Amerettinis, then the broken paper and top with the berries. Now layer a spoonful of mascarpone (green), yoghurt (white), yoghurt (green), mascarpone (white).
