Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g berries, frozen, mixed
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 40 ml red wine
  • 30 ml orange liqueur
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

ideal for summer evenings or when you have spontaneous visitors

Peel the orange and add the flesh to the blender along with the other ingredients. Blend on high and immediately pour into small glasses. Garnish the glasses with an orange slice, if desired, and serve immediately. This recipe is very quick to make and ideal for refreshment. Each serving contains approximately 200 calories.
