Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg strawberries, cleaned
  • 1 liter syrup (elderflower)
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 700 ml vodka

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Strawberry limeade with elderberry syrup

Puree the strawberries. Add the syrup, lemon juice, and vodka to the pureed strawberries and stir. Bottle, refrigerate, and enjoy! Serve well chilled! It tastes best when prepared a few days in advance.
