Frozen Yogurt Variations
The perfect frozen yogurt variations recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Banana Frozen Yogurt with Cookies and Cream
- 2 piece Frozen bananas
- 500 g Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 Msp Lemon zest
- 1 piece Vanilla pods (pulp only)
- 3 piece Cookies
Berries frozen yogurt with ginger and chilli
- 500 g Frozen berry mix
- 250 g Yogurt
- 50 g Powdered sugar
- 1 Msp Grated organic orange peel
- 1 Msp Ginger
- 1 pinch Chili
Topping: Almond and oatmeal brittle with chocolate drops
- 100 g Almonds
- 110 g Oatmeal
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Chocolate drops
Banana Frozen Yogurt with Cookies and Cream
- Place the yogurt in a cloth on a sieve and allow to drain overnight. Throw away water.
- Mix the frozen bananas with the yoghurt, honey, lemon zest and vanilla in a blender or with the hand blender to an ice consistency.
- If you like, you can add chopped cookies to the frozen yoghurt.
Berries frozen yogurt with ginger and chilli
- Place the yogurt in a cloth on a sieve and allow to drain overnight. Throw away water.
- Put all ingredients in a container and mix with the mixer or hand blender to an ice consistency.
Topping: Almond and oatmeal brittle with chocolate drops
- Mix the sugar, almonds and oat flakes, spread on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. Let cool and crumble.
- If you like, you can mix the cooled brittle with chocolate drops and pour it onto the ice cream.
