Frozen Yogurt – Greek Style

The perfect frozen yogurt – greek style recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Puffed amaranth
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 450 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • 150 ml Creme fine
  • 3 tbsp Extra honey

Without ice machine:

  1. Heat the sugar in a pan and turn the amaranth in it, add honey and roast everything! Let cool in a bowl!
  2. Whip the cream fine, fold in the yogurt and honey. Possibly more honey, depending on your taste. Crumble the amaranth! Put everything in a bowl with a lid and freeze for about 5-6 hours. Take out of the freezer 10 minutes before consumption!

With ice machine:

  1. How the first step “without an ice machine”!
  2. Put all the ingredients in the egg machine dish! Finally add the amaranth and put everything in the ice machine for about 50 minutes (depending on the ice cream machine)!
