Frozen Yogurt – Greek Style
The perfect frozen yogurt – greek style recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Puffed amaranth
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Honey liquid
- 450 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 150 ml Creme fine
- 3 tbsp Extra honey
Without ice machine:
- Heat the sugar in a pan and turn the amaranth in it, add honey and roast everything! Let cool in a bowl!
- Whip the cream fine, fold in the yogurt and honey. Possibly more honey, depending on your taste. Crumble the amaranth! Put everything in a bowl with a lid and freeze for about 5-6 hours. Take out of the freezer 10 minutes before consumption!
With ice machine:
- How the first step “without an ice machine”!
- Put all the ingredients in the egg machine dish! Finally add the amaranth and put everything in the ice machine for about 50 minutes (depending on the ice cream machine)!
