Mascarpone strawberry ice cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries, ripe
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp strawberry syrup
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 150 g yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Wash, hull, and chop the strawberries. Puree them with the powdered sugar and syrup using a hand blender. Add the mascarpone and yogurt and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze.
