Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 25 g palm fat
  • 25 g oil (hazelnut oil)
  • 100 g rice syrup
  • 2 tsp cocoa, unsweetened
  • 50 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Nutella alternative

Melt the palm fat in the microwave and mix with the hazelnut oil. Combine the rice syrup and cocoa in a saucepan and heat. Add the butter and melt. Add the oil and fat mixture, heat, and mix well. Let cool in a cold water bath, stirring frequently. Continue stirring continuously or beat with a hand mixer until the mixture thickens. Vary the amount of cocoa and hazelnut oil as desired. This information is sufficient for one jar.
