Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 160 g flour
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp, heaped baking powder, (well heaped)
- 25 ml mineral water
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cream the softened butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Stir in the eggs, then add the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to form a smooth dough. Finally, stir in the mineral water. Pour the batter into a fruit tart pan and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C (convection oven) until golden brown.
