Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 250 g oat flakes, fine
  • 200 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 1 mango(s)
  • n. B. Linseed meal
  • n. B. Fruit for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the mango and cut it into cubes. Set aside a few cubes for garnish. Combine the mango cubes, natural yogurt, oatmeal, and almond milk in a large bowl and blend thoroughly. Pour the puree into a cereal bowl and garnish with flaxseed and fruit.
