Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g margarine
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g brown sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g apricot(s), diced
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g nuts, chopped
- 100 g raisins
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 125 g flakes (rice flakes)
- 150 ml orange juice or other juice

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Form small balls (approx. 2 cm in diameter). Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving plenty of space between each ball, about twice the size of the ball. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Tip: Apricots and raisins can be substituted with other dried fruits or berries.
