Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 ml ice cream (chocolate ice cream)
  • 75 ml ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
  • 25 ml cream, whipped until stiff
  • 3 grapes
  • 1 half banana(s)
  • 3 strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, press the chocolate ice cream into the bottom of a tall glass. Then, add some cream to the ice cream. Then, carefully, pour the vanilla ice cream on top of the cream. Then, if desired, add another layer of cream. Then, carefully place the fruit on top of the cream. When pouring in the ice cream and cream, try not to smear the inside of the glass. First, let the chocolate ice cream become almost creamy, then pour in the cream, and then put it back in the freezer. Then, pour the vanilla ice cream on top of the now-frozen cream. This way, the likelihood of the cream sinking under the weight of the ice cream is very low.
