Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g quark
- 2 egg yolks, fresh
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- n. B. Mixed fruits of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the quark, without the whey, into a bowl and mix with the sugar and egg yolks. Wash (peel) and slice the fruit and add it as well. You can choose the fruit according to the season or use specific groups (e.g., berries: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, currants, or exotic fruits: pineapple, mango, kiwis, bananas, etc.). Tip: If you like, you can sweeten it with honey or add chocolate shavings, nuts, etc. This way you can be as creative as you like and also use what you have at home.
