Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 125 g spelt flour
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 3 tbsp milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with spelt flour
Cream the butter with sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with the milk. Pour the batter into a greased 26 cm fruit base dish and smooth it out. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F), fan oven at 150°C (300°F) for about 20 minutes.
