Ice-cold cherry yogurt drink

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 glasses of ice – cubes or crushed ice
  • 6 tbsp cherry(s) from the jar or frozen
  • 6 tbsp yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Low in calories and quick to make in a blender!

First, blend the ice cubes until stiff, then add the cherries and blend again. Finally, add the yogurt (always use lactose-free) and blend again. When the blender produces a lovely pink liquid, pour into two glasses and enjoy! I often dip the rims of the glasses in lemon juice and then in sugar (it looks so pretty) and serve with a straw.
