Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 g natural yogurt, 0.1% fat
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 4 tbsp oat flakes
  • 2 apples
  • 2 bananas
  • possibly nuts
  • 1 shot of milk, 1.5% fat
  • some sugar and cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the quark, natural yogurt, cream, and oats. Peel and core the apples, then grate them onto the muesli to make it nice and moist. Chop the bananas and stir them into the muesli. To make the muesli nice and creamy, stir in a little milk. It should be creamy and not runny like regular muesli. Finally, season with sugar and cinnamon and add nuts, if desired. The muesli tastes best when prepared the evening before and left to sit in the fridge overnight. The next day, mix with more milk depending on the creaminess and taste. Of course, you can add any other fruit you like.
