Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g currants, red and black, or seasonal fruit
- 30 g cornflakes
- 2 tbsp wheat germ
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
- some lemon juice
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 pinch of Stevia, depending on how sweet you want it
- 100 g natural yogurt
- some vanilla flavoring or vanilla pulp
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with berries and natural yogurt
Wash the fruit and dice it if desired. Place it in a deep plate with the cornflakes, wheat germ, and oat flakes. Mix the quark, yogurt, stevia, lemon juice, and vanilla seeds and pour over the muesli.
