Fruit muesli with vanilla and stevia

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g currants, red and black, or seasonal fruit
  • 30 g cornflakes
  • 2 tbsp wheat germ
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes
  • some lemon juice
  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 pinch of Stevia, depending on how sweet you want it
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • some vanilla flavoring or vanilla pulp

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with berries and natural yogurt

Wash the fruit and dice it if desired. Place it in a deep plate with the cornflakes, wheat germ, and oat flakes. Mix the quark, yogurt, stevia, lemon juice, and vanilla seeds and pour over the muesli.
